Working at Famous Victory
Doing good work requires really good people. We are currently accepting applications for the following:
Part-Time Project Manager
(Contractor)
What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of a 6 person branding agency, you’ll be working alongside another seasoned PM with founders/Creative Directors to support basic project flow for a range of clients both large and small.
Working within two project management platforms (Click Up and Asana) daily — extracting key information for incoming projects, organizing and prioritizing incoming/ongoing projects, relaying relevant information to key stakeholders, setting up meetings, creating new jobs/tasks and uploading final delivery files to online storage platforms.
Communicating with the internal FV team members, as well as the client project stakeholders and client project managers to confirm project details and kick off projects.
While our processes are extremely well established, things change and evolve, and we also consult with clients on optimizing their processes, so at times re-working a process will be part of this role.
We are a Mac-based company, so familiarity with the Mac OS environment is a plus. Otherwise, the software platforms you’ll be using include:
Google Workspace
Click Up
Asana
Slack
Figma
Adobe Acrobat
MS Office
Hours & Compensation:
$40 per hour
15 - 20 hours per week (primarily during standard business hours)
Three month contract to start (likely extension, but client staffing will impact this role)
Fully remote (though we wouldn’t mind seeing you in person at some point!)
Schedule:
Needs to be determined, but something like 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday
Initial thoughts is that this role will be based on consistent availability in order to be able to fluidly plan for meetings, check-ins and any client call needs
We have three standing meetings that will likely be mandatory
Monday PM Meeting @ 9:30am CT
Monday Team Meeting @ 10:30am CT (follows PM meeting)
Thursday PM Meeting @ 10:30am CT
Tentative Timing & Onboarding:
A soft start date will be June 1, 2026, with a goal of being familiar with tasks and software for June 15, 2026
We’ll work to get you set up with access to systems & software
Plan for one or two calls prior to start date for onboarding, client overviews and software / process reviews.
We are a small team, so staying positive and communicating clearly, respectfully and thoughtfully on a daily basis is key. Your role involves not only being a team oriented, self-starter but also requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight when required. Often-times you will be a key-player for presentations, both big and small. These presentations involve a keen attention to detail, exceptional communication with your colleagues, and often-times assisting with presenting to the client both in person and virtually.
Location:
Oak Park, IL : Fully Remote or In-Person

Our Values
While our primary focus is on high-value brand development and rebranding, we also focus on maintaining a culture that leads to positive outcomes, healthy relationships, better work and a better life:
01
Live Life
While ambitious, we know better work comes from managing the pace and demands. As always, a better quality of professional life grows from balance and intention.
02
Be Professional, Be Kind
Being upfront, courteous and communicative helps to create positive relationships and form a collaborative outlook, both in and out of the office.
03
Collaborate, Always
We don’t pretend to know everything about every aspect of our clients’ business or industry. Discussing and exploring perspectives is part of what we do as professionals, and our outsider view helps us see clearly, past common solutions.
04
Be Clear
We don’t work for clients, we work with them. To keep our relationships productive, we believe in being entirely clear about what we want to do, why it should be done and what it will take. We don’t “sell” ideas to clients, we provide sustained brand guidance.
05
Create Sustainably
Our work builds long-term value for clients. Some amount of brand evolution is inevitable, and good for a business in order to adapt and stay sharp. At the same time, we seek to create durable brand assets that will stand the test of time, which means working hard to avoid the temptation of diving into hot trends that we know will pass.
